The below table offers examples of risk assessments for work away. These examples are based on actual trips that have taken place across the University over the last few years and provide a good idea of what constitutes a risk assessment proportionate to plans.

The examples have been completed using the recommended University templates and so these may differ slightly to those used within your department. Contact details have been blacked out although the sections are left in to show what information is required in an actual risk assessment.
